I am an introvert.

It is easy as an introvert to go unnoticed. Most of the time we are okay with that. But, at other times we feel overlooked because what we are good at are not always “visible.”

In this excellent TED talk, Susan Cain discusses how introverts bring talents and abilities that are extraordinary in their own ways to the table.

She calls for the freedom to let introverts be themselves.

She makes great points about education and “group work,” with implications for youth ministry. The talk is about 20 minutes long, so settle in and enjoy. I invite you to be the conversation on this talk by leaving comments below.
