The wordpress.com weekly photo challenge theme this past week was Hope.  This is where I see hope:

This is one of the only pieces of art still hanging in the Basement of our Youth Center at Lebanon UMC.  During this fall’s Confirmation, the students were broken into groups to make posters that depicted their General Rule (or the 3 Simple Rules).  This group had “Stay in love with God.”  This is what it means to at least three adolescent girls what it means to stay in love with God. As I looked at it the other night getting ready for the middle schoolers to arrive (some of which participated in this activity) I couldn’t help but see hope.
